CANCELLATIONS
Please know that we rely on clients to keep their appointments. This is a small business and clients who no-show our professionals cost time and money. Please give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients that no-show will be charged a $30 per service fee. If you are 10 minutes late (or more) for your appointment you will be marked as a no-show, and the fee above will be applied.
